Purchase process and payment method
We are dedicated to art, not to processing payment transactions. We use third parties to process payments for purchases you make at DDR ART GALLERY. They have terms and conditions that you must agree to as part of the purchasing process. We are not responsible for their terms and conditions or for the security and privacy of any credit, debit card, or other personal information you submit through them. DDR ART GALLERY does not access bank details, credit or debit card numbers, or any of their derivatives.
DDR ART GALLERY simply packages, certifies authorship, invoices, and ships the purchased artwork to the address provided by the customer during the purchasing process, subject to full payment.
Accepting the purchase implies immediate payment for the same, with no returns, exchanges or any other derived management being accepted, except in the case of damage caused during transport, where the insurance of the company in charge of the delivery will be responsible for paying the corresponding compensation, if applicable, never exceeding the value in € (Euros) of the purchased work and provided that this service has been contracted at the time of purchase of the work.
PAYMENTS
We use secure payment methods. At DDR ART GALLERY, you can purchase and manage your payments through PayPal and the virtual payment platform with common credit cards.
Regulation called ODR (Online Dispute Resolution)
The ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) Regulation seeks to establish an independent, impartial, transparent, efficient, rapid, and fair judicial procedure for resolving various disputes arising from the international online sale of goods and services between EU countries.
This objective should be achieved through the establishment of an ODR platform (the online dispute resolution platform) in the EU and rules for cooperation with national bodies responsible for alternative dispute resolution.
Since January 9, 2016, as a retailer, we have been required to inform our customers of this online dispute resolution platform. Further information can be found in Article 14, Section 1 of the ODR-VO (Organic Dispute Resolution Act). Downloadable in PDF format at the following link:

We take your privacy seriously. Please review our General Terms and Conditions , which describe how we handle the information we collect from you. However, please remember that we do not process your payment, so you should consult our service provider's terms and conditions to learn how they will handle your credit or debit card and other important information.
We use specialized e-commerce shipping companies, and we send your purchase packaged in a beautiful recycled cardboard box.
NO REFUNDS ARE ACCEPTED, except for damage caused by the Transport company.
All orders are shipped with damage insurance, but we still protect them very well so they are delivered in perfect condition.
