BIO.

Statement.

In the work of m.e.santiso (Madrid, Spain), graphite strokes, the tension of a tangled black thread, and the texture of lithographic pencil make thoughts visible.

Art is her escape route to organize everything that stirs within her. The female body is the common thread, the absence of deterrent elements such as backgrounds or merely decorative elements is an identity, as she seeks to focus on what she wants to convey without distractions.

m.e.santiso's artistic work is an intimate piece that seeks to make the viewer reflect between what is depicted and its titles, inviting them to delve into the threads and strokes to discover what lies beyond a first glance.
