This work is particularly special, as it took me years to complete due to many changes in my life. I have traveled with it from one place to another, and it represents love, the connection through that red thread to the women in my family, and also the confusion and complicity of that same love. Embroidered with red thread on cloths that belonged to the matriarch of my family, my mother's mother, Lucia Bosé, this gives it another personal touch by being sewn on material that was hers, as we all come from her.
