"Corpus tuum domo sua" (The body is your own home), New Exhibition by Roger Sanguino.

"Corpus tuum domo sua" (The body is your own home) is the name of the new solo exhibition by our beloved artist Roger Sanguino, which opened this Friday, March 5, at the Casal de Vallromanes Exhibition Hall in Barcelona.

Six drawings and eight sculptures make up the exhibition in which I review the theme of the body, one of the lines of work I am currently investigating.

Returning to the theme of the body arises in the midst of these pandemic times we are experiencing, and which has led us to turn our gaze toward the interior of our everyday space, and within ourselves.

The body seen as a metaphor for a shelter, home, or dwelling, which shelters and protects the most important thing that every human being possesses.
