EnamorArte Art Market is consolidating and celebrating its 2nd edition from May 4th to 6th.

Annita Klimt, one of our artists, is participating in the second edition of ENAMORARTE Art Market, which is making its way into the extensive cultural offerings we have in Madrid. And with this, she's already celebrating her second edition and is showing no signs of stopping.

We talk about EnamorArte Art Market , A small, independent art fair for emerging artists, a hybrid between the major fairs and pop-up markets, whose main objective is to meet its artists firsthand, connect with them, and purchase their works directly without intermediaries, while maintaining the professionalism of the major fairs.

The idea was born from the need of Eva Sánchez , the market's director and a visual artist, to find her clients through different avenues. She herself tells us that:

“There's a gap between craft fairs, where the product is more focused on the various artisanal trades, and annual international fairs, where only artists represented by galleries or representing themselves have a place, with very high costs and only one opportunity per year. This leaves many professional artists in limbo, who are always categorized as "emerging" but instead submerge themselves because they have no options to reach an audience or a gallery. Either for financial reasons or because they don't know how to reach them.”

"How many artists who can contribute cultural wealth to our country are lost because they don't have the right opportunities to make themselves known?"

This is how it arises EnamorArte Art Market , a small one An independent art fair aimed at all audiences, comprised of professional artists working with different artistic techniques. Filling this gap and welcoming these artists, providing opportunities to connect with galleries and potential clients, and showcasing their work and online profiles. Promoting and supporting emerging art in our country to make it economically sustainable.

Its second edition

The next few days 4 , May 5 and 6 will celebrate its second edition in c/ Del Infante 3 , in the Huertas neighborhood, coinciding with the Mercado de las Ranas (Frog Market). This time, paper and sculpture will be the main attractions of an Art Market designed to help you find a unique gift for Mother's Day. Artists such as E de pájaro (@edepajaro), Maria Arce (@maria_arceart), and Juan Francisco Gallego (@nortedecespedes) have already confirmed their participation.

There will also be organic Gabarrera beer, great music, and a play starting at €15.
